If an internal customer sends an email to a JSM Service Management Project, and cc's an email group/distribution list that has other customers in the group
Is there anyway to add all the members of that group/list to the ticket as a watcher/follower/participant of that ticket on creation?
To the best of my knowledge it is not possible, because there is no way for jira to identify the members of a distribution list at the time of ticket creation.
I can't even think of any way to check the members of a group later as well & then add them as a participant.
So, In my opinion there is no straight forward way for you to achieve it, unless someone comes up with some custom code.
