Hi There, my team is new to JIRA Service Desk. The industry we are in is very email heavy, our users send their requests in via emails, our replies are delivered as emails, hence the signatures are necessary. We cannot find this feature in Cloud version. That's one problem. So far, we use copy / paste from Word template, would like to see a native solution.
Second problem is more of a struggle for us. At times, issues need to be forwarded to external vendors, or another department in the Company (they will only communicate with emails). We can add the 3rd parties to the participant list, but in this way, reporters will receive all the correspondences between us and the 3rd parties. This is not necessary nor appropriate for various reasons. I know there is a add-on on the marketplace, however for a service desk management tool that allows email as one of the communication channels, I find it strange that there is no native solution for this "email out" feature.
I don't know if any one out there have the same questions, and hopefully have found the solutions that can share with us?
