Hi team,
we are using Jira Service Desk cloud,
for the email request, we have the project it has by default email account .atlassian.net
but our customer need to configure that Email to the customer's company domain
example = support@domainname.com
when I try to configure custom mail id it requires Password
but the client provided the mail id is a distribution list and not an Outlook account with user ID and Password. This is a shared mailbox of the type distribution list and not the actual licensed user having login credentials.
Please guide me on how to configure that Email id to my project without a password
The mail box you use for incoming mail must be a proper mail box, not a shared distrubution list.
