I want to know more information about this error we encounter when creating a Rule for taking actions against alerts.
I cannot find Atlassian documentation about it and I need to understand exactly what is causing the error. See images for reference:
I created a support case on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/48/PCS-348591
Hi Andy,
Sorry for the inconvenience. One of my colleagues has already created a ticket and provided more details about the issue.
I think it would be best to continue with that ticket, as he will likely handle the follow-up.

This seems like an error from Atlassian's end. I've tagged them in this thread, so that they can check your query.
Although I would highly recommend you raise a ticket on their support portal to highlight this issue for them to analyze this sooner : https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
