I was not able to reproduce your issue using the default export client of the latest version of Jira.
That being said, can you please confirm how you are exporting your issues from Jira to CSV? Are you using the default export functionality from the issue navigator page (As displayed below) or using a third-party app to achieve it?
Please, provide us with the following information so we can better troubleshoot the issue:
- What is your Jira Version?
- What are the steps taken to export your SLA?
- Are you using a third-party plugin to calculate your SLA or the default SLA fields of Jira Application?
