×Would anyone be willing to share their Help Centre Topics implementation?
We are currently considering implementing Help Centre Topics because we have 22 Portals built around the Organisation structure and a total of 60 different request types across these portals.
The existing Portals we have are OK but I am confident the user experience isn't as good as it could be.
I've discussed implementing Topics with my leadership team but they'd like to actually see some examples.
Please don't suggest add-ons as our IT area are not supportive of external add-ons.
