how is the change of plan? It is transparent, any significant change?

Hi Cristian, 

There's no difference in functionality or data.  Enterprise can be thought of as premium functionality but paid differently.  The main things look quite small, especially if you are not the one holding the purse-strings, but they're documented at https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/explore-jira-cloud-plans/

Your users won't really notice a difference, your management might.  The "upgrade" won't change anything your users are doing.
