Hi Team,
Is there any API available with atlassian to integrate call centre or contact centre cloud software with JIRA service management cloud?
When customers calls to our contact centre, team would receive the calls in an application and simultaneously use JIRA service desk to looking into customer requests, automatically create conversation into new tickets etc.,
