Hi @Bruno Altenhofen @Bill Sheboy @Mark Segall
Could you please help me w Proforma for checkbox. I'm using below:
{{issue.properties."proforma.forms.i1".state.answers.4.choices.get(0)}}
Please advise on how to build a automation rule?
This is NOT working as expected. Only the first checked checkbox is creating an issue. Others are ignored. Please suggest I need issues to be created for all the checkboxes checked by the user on the form.
Thank you
Hi Rachana,
Please post a screenshot of your rule.
If nothing else, create a custom checkbox field with the same values. Then link the form field to the Jira custom field. Then you can reference it in the automation rule to do what you want. I do the exact thing for several projects.
I am not using the Proforma marketplace addon, and so could offer no suggestions. Instead consider referring to the vendor's documentation for how to automate access to the form fields.
If you have rule questions unrelated to that addon...
Please post an image of your complete automation rule, images of any relevant actions / conditions / branches, an image of the audit log details showing the rule execution, and explain what is not working as expected. Those will provide context for the community to offer ideas. Thanks!
Kind regards,
Bill
