In my company, our agents are grouped by their departments (e.g., system admins, innovation team, resident engineers, etc.). Each department needs to be notified about specific issues. However, I'm having trouble grouping the engineers in Jira Cloud, resulting in scattered and disorganized issues. Is there a way to group engineers by their departments in Jira Cloud, or is this a limitation of the platform?

You could group agent by assigning them to different usergroups, or you can create a "Team" for each department.
