Guidance Needed for Unifying Jira Service Management Instances

Hi Community,

We currently have three separate instances of Jira Service Management and are considering unifying them into a single instance. We've realized it's unnecessary to keep them separate and would like to understand the implications and potential impacts of this unification.

We'd appreciate any guidance or documentation you can share on this topic. What key points should we consider during this process?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Best regards,

Edgardo Ibarra

Right now, what I see is that using Copy Product Data to consolidate JSM projects to a single site is that it doesn't do all of the JSM data.  Shortcomings include Assets, automations, and forms.  So your migration plan is going to have to figure out ways of moving those over.
