Is it possible to get a report on Help Centre hit and/or referral or bounce rates?
E.g. I have a publicly accessible Help Centre I would like to know how many users visit that help centre and then how many of those "self help" using the knowledge base articles Vs how many translate into submitting requests.
I'd be happy if I could just get a very simple stat on the number of visitors to the Help Centre and each Portal, as I could then bring my Confluence page stats and JSM request stats together and extrapolate an approximate number.
This just seems like a pretty obvious business requirement to me but I can't find a clear answer in the support documentation.
Please tell me I'm missing something very obvious and that this is NOT ANOTHER JSM change request?
