I need to add and hide some required fields

I am assuming that you are referring to the create button within Jira Service Management in the Agent view. If that is the case the best way to create an issue in Jira Service Management is raising a request, you can learn about it here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/raise-a-request-on-behalf-of-a-customer/
If you still want to change the fields shown on the issue when you click the create button you will need to adjust the issues screen for create. Welcome to the community. In general, one will need to configure/adjust issue screen setup (especially Issue Creation screen). In regards to "Required" fields, you will need to control it your project's Fields Configuration scheme.
