Trying to export the filter (my defaults) to csv file and it does not do that

Welcome to the community.  Are you asking to export the search results set from your query filter to CSV where your selected columns are defined?

If so, Under dropdown menu from the Export button you can use the two CSV options: 

Export CSV (filter fields) or Export CSV (my defaults) or Excel CSV
