I am trying to generate an automation email that able to collect the data from the fields in the form that has been submitted.

@Rick Westbrock Yes, you are right, but I thought he could use the values once the form is submitted and the issue is created.

I didn't think that automation rules had access to data in forms yet. The smart values suggested by Sudhendu are for the issue fields which are distinct from the form fields as far as I am aware.

{{issue.reporter.displayName}} and  {{reporter.emailAddress}}
