Hi There, I hope someone can help me with this:
I want to create an automation that when: there is a new comment or reply from a customer to a Closed/Resolved issue, automatically creates a new issue with the last comment from the user, and also links the closed issue to the new one create by the automation.
I'm the Jira Global admin role.
Any idea of how to do this? Thanks in advance!
Welcome to the community. To supplement what Evgeniy suggested, the key thing that you need to note is that what do you want to set the new issue Summary to be. Typically, the issue summary should be unique. I will recommend to include the original issue's key as a part of the summary value too.
