How can I embed Customer Portal in my WordPress website?

I like the Jira Service Management and its portal, but I need the portal and all functionalities under my website url, I do not want my customers going out of my domain for the help center. how can I have all Jira Help Center Portal under my WordPress website?

Welcome to the community 🙂

You have two options

Place the URL in your website and ask them to navigate to the customer portal, and you could provide all the info on your website to your customers on how the ticket details should be filled

JSM provides the widget feature to raise the request, but this does not work how you would expect because of customer who raised the request needs to see the details, still needs to navigate to customer portal
