I need to correct several values entered through a Jira request. These user errors occurred in drop down fields. Some of my fields can be changed in the agent view (see image), some cannot. Why would some seemingly similar fields be editable and other not? Is there another way to edit the fields outside of the agent view? I've tried the agent view and trying to edit in a filter. They are both custom fields.

Is the project Team Managed or Company Managed?
If it is Company Managed then the explanation could be that the fields that cannot be edited are not included in the screen associated with the Edit operation in the Screen scheme associated with that issue type.
