When I go to the item in "Settings | System | Email | Outbox", I can only disable and enable the SMTP settings.
These are obviously only the default settings.
But I want to use my own SMTP server here.
How can I do that? Who can help me?
Thanks for your answers...

@prh in cloud you use your own email accounts to manage service desk projects not the main outgoing mail from the environment. Server or datacenter versions allow you to change that as well
I'm not sure about that...
I can't find this setting on my computer - I can only switch the SMTP server on or off, but I can't configure it...
Is this different for you?

No, as I mentioned cloud won't allow you to change the SMTP, but if you go to a project settings of a service desk project you can setup your domain account to receive emails from that account as Jira tickets. This is an incoming service rather than outgoing email solution. The one for the SMTP is only available on server and datacenter solutions
