Can someone guide me through the preferences?
I don't get it, how to setup the preferneces right, so that this goal is achieved:
I tested myself, but I wasn't connected to my organization and I got permission for Jira Software and Service Management, but in Service Management I was denied opening a service ticket. I'm lost in the settings.
