How can our customers set up their own Service Management Accounts?

Can someone guide me through the preferences?

I don't get it, how to setup the preferneces right, so that this goal is achieved: 

  • customers should set up their own user Accounts without our help
  • the new accounts made, should automatically be connected to the "organisation" of the  @domain.com  
  • the permission should ONLY include the service Managment Projekt and not Jira Software and others. 

 

I tested myself, but I wasn't connected to my organization and I got permission for Jira Software and Service Management, but in Service Management I was denied opening a service ticket. I'm lost in the settings.
