How do I edit what shows up in the Help Center Status pulldown?

Our Help Center Requests page has a Status pulldown.  It currently shows statuses from all projects,  including internal ones that I don't want customers to see.  Is there a way I can limit the projects that this pulldown sees and can I order the statuses or set defaults?  It's very confusing for customers as it is currently presented.

Yes, you can hide statuses from customers. Under Project settings > Request types and select the request type you want to change. Here you will see workflow statuses, all you have to do to hide a status from the customer is to give the hidden one the same name as one that should be available. See this KB for more information.
