Hi,
Company A enters ticket into my Jira Service Management instance but not through Jira or the portal. They use REST to convert the information they input on their end and then a ticket is created on my Jira instance filling in all the necessary fields. I had changed a few fields recently and now they are no longer able to input new tickets. Where could I find the REST field parameters to share with Company A to ensure seamless transition of tickets between their end and mine?
