How do I set the type of issues for incoming email?

In Jira Service Desk, how do I set what type of issues get assigned to incoming email? Right now incoming email is getting VPN which is wrong:

You go to project settings > email requests and click on the ellipses in top left. Here is a document explaining further - choose-a-request-type-for-email-requests
