I am trying to get columns for "Time to first response" and "Time to resolution" in "My Defaults" columns but can only see them under "Filters". Can someone please tell me how to move the fields to defaults.

Testing on my local site, I wasn't able to replicate the issue.
I used an account with Service Management permission and when searching for SLA fields, it shows under "My defaults".
Is it happening when you are not accessing a filter? Can you try going directly to Filters > Advanced search and test?
Is it happening with other users that have the same permissions as you?
Also, please, while searching for the fields, open the developer tools on your browser and check on the console tab if it shows any error.
