How do i edit work item layout

How do i edit work item layout to whats in the screenshot attached, i want to move the field "impacted time" to where my "root cause", "risk mitigation" etc is

My issue type needed a request type, so after i gave the issue type a request type, it was fairly straight forward to do

Hi @Harold Prestage 

 

Fields marked as green are filled by customer on portal form. Fields on right panel (including your red marked field) are fields used by agents. It is not possible to move red marked field into green marked fields.

Hello @Harold Prestage ,

 

You can open configure in your JSM work item:

The next step is change your field "Impacted Time" from "Context field" to "Description fields".
