How do we move a Managed account to another group?

There are some folks who don't have License in our Instance of Jira yet are included in our Managed accounts. How do we move them to another Managed account group?

Hi Gene,

People can still be managed, but if they are in a different group, then you can not assign, product access to that group, and therefore they do not consume a licence.

I believe you can also set up non-billable authentication policy, that may achieve the same result.
