How do you manage your post incident review.
From ourside we would like it to be required and attach to the incident. Right now we are able to create an incident review but it is only another "Ticket" with the incident review request type ... How do you mange that since the major incident button is gone?
@Steve Fournier can you explain what you mean by major incident button is gone? Did you have a major incident request type before?
@Brant Schroeder It use to have a major incident button directly in the ticket to manually trigger a major incident, it was bellow the subject, beside the create subtask button. It has been remove in december '21
