How to Grant an access to app called Jira Cloud?

Hi!

As a jira admin I've been asked to grant an access to app called Jira Cloud. I can\t find this request in jira to approve. Where is it in jira?

It's an app from Microsoft teams which is connect to our jira.

This app is not an app in Jria, but an app on the Microsoft side.

In Teams users can add apps, but probably the store in MS is not set open by the MS tenant admins in your company.

The app must be allowed in teams by the admins of the MS tenant in your company.

I an a jir admin and was able to allow it to the other person but i think i got an update about his request to approve by email. From this person I don't see request

Do you have any details on who asks you to approve the app?
