How to add the issue body to a notification email?

I'm trying to get a project setup that provides round-robin assignment. The users will be shared mailboxes, and I want a notification sent to the users with the body of the issue. 

(Basically trying to get Jira to round-robin emails as Microsoft cant do it)

Unfortinatly I dont have a clue when it comes to JQL but im wanting something that will pull the content of the email i.e.:

Subject: An Email Has Been Sent From A Customer!

Body: Customer: Customers@emailaddress.com 

          Subject: I want to buy this item.

          Message: Hello, I want to buy this item can you help me? Thanks Dave

Not too sure if this is possible but with how powerful Jira can be I'm sure it could and asking for help from the community!
