How to capture Data from description and past into summary

Hi Team,

We are creating issue from Email Handler, when it created in description I can see

Name of the person and where

When Issues created, I need to capture the Name of person and where and I need to past at into summary.

Please attached screen shot,

Could you please help me on this is their any way to do this.

if the data is in the Summary (reliably) then you could look into using Automation to extract and place into the Description. What is vital for this to be successful is to be able to rely on the Summary format w/ key delimiters to identify the various parameters. Unless this is done by a SW system it is hard to depend on it TBH.
