Hi @Candy Tricia Khohliwe, are you working on a team-managed or company-managed project? The first step would be to determine why you cannot edit the field. For example, did you check if your field has been added to the edit issue screen? What about permissions? What checks have you done so far, and what were your findings? Perhaps, if you can provide us with more details, we can better assist you with that.
