Our end users utilize the email function to raise tickets and we do not have a plan, as of yet, to get them to use the portal. This is because we use Jira Online and AD Sync is not integrated.
Is there a way to show the full issue when replying to a comment?
Currently a reply or Resolve only shows the subject and my comment. They are able to click into it to see the portal however it would be very useful if it could be set up to display the original ticket and any comments in that one email.
Is there any way this could be done?
