Hello,
I have a Jira Service Desk product where a couple of projects are created. My agents support all of them so they were added as internal users having access to all created projects.
However, I might need a possibility to limit the access of some of them only to one or 2 of the existing projects. How can I do it? Based on the standard settings, all internal users have access to all projects created in one Service Desk. How the split should be done?
My service desk is Next Gen.
Thank you, Ela.
Hello Ela,
Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
In order to restrict access to projects, the best option is to set it as Private and manually add the agents that need access to each project.
With that said, only people listed on "Internal access" will be able to see and access the project.
For more information, please check the documentation below:

Angélica
