Unless something is changed recently you cannot use bulk edit for the purposes of adding a link. One option to consider is to create a list of all the issues that you want to link to the story and simply paste that list into the link field. The list should be a space separated list. This could be created by creating a JQL for all the issues that you want to link to the single issue and then export. Create the space delimited list in excel then copy and paste it into the link field of the single issue.
This does not work unfortunately.

Hello guys,
Is possible!
1. filter all the user stories that will need to have a link to tasks
2. Click on the right site o the filter list on "..."
3. Then click on Link
4. Click on "search for an issue" and than using JQL, create another filter to find the tasks that we want to associate to the story

Just to clarify, you are referring to the "..." associated with each issue individually. It is not "bulk change/bulk edit" operation. Then Yes.
If you "Click on the right site of the filter on "..."" it is for Bulk Change, which you cannot conduct link issues.
What I suggested option allows you to bulk change multiple issues and associate them to multiple issues with a single operation.
Hope this makes sense.
Best, Joseph

To supplement what @Jack Brickey mentioned. You can also consider using CSV file to conduct bulk update -
Here are the references on using CSV files -

Hope this helps.
