How to set the AI chat to not include sources from our knowledge base?

I can't find any info on this one. I like the answers the bot gives, but it follows them with  "references" which are just what I've typed into the knowledge base for it to knowScreenshot 2025-05-01 at 3.18.52 PM.png

Yes. This is the way the feature was built to work, always showing the source of the information. One suggestion is - if the article titles or content aren't clear or well-structured, those references can feel a bit redundant or confusing. Improving the titles and summaries in your KB can help the bot provide more useful citations.
