I can't find any info on this one. I like the answers the bot gives, but it follows them with "references" which are just what I've typed into the knowledge base for it to know

Yes. This is the way the feature was built to work, always showing the source of the information. One suggestion is - if the article titles or content aren't clear or well-structured, those references can feel a bit redundant or confusing. Improving the titles and summaries in your KB can help the bot provide more useful citations.
