How to show reporter email as field for a request?

Can a field be added to show the reporter email?

I can see a tootip hovering over the reporter but if the email is too long it is cut off and only show so much of it.

One solution would be to use automation for Jira , use a custom field in the request screen, and get the email into it using the smart value below
