How to update Approvers filed from multiple Assets Objects and their attributes

Hi,

I am setting up an approval process in which I need to use several approvers in one WF step (waiting for approval).

I want to use custom field Approvers to gather all the approvers.

However all the approvers are retrieved from several Insight Object (Assets objects).

Some approvers are based on Assets custom fields I am using (for exmaple I need a Head (attribute) of Service A (Assets custom field)) others are not (for exmaple I need a Head (attribute) of Architecture department (Object)).

How to build an automation that will update an Approves field with multiple users based on description above?

You can use the Automation for Jira app to create an automation rule that will update the Approvers field with multiple users based on the criteria you have described. The Automation for Jira app allows you to create rules that can be triggered by Insight Objects, custom fields, and other criteria.
