Hyperlink in dropdown/radio buttons or clickable URL

Danny Spits Warnars September 7, 2023

Dear community,

Is there an option to create a hyperlink in a dropdown menu or within the radio buttons? So that when a user makes a specific choice, they are immediately directed to another portal group/request form within Jira? Or is there another way I could achieve this? I want to guide the user to the correct option if they haven't followed the right path within the portal.

Thank you in advance, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Greetings,

Danny.

@Danny Spits Warnars -

Unfortunately, it is not possible with out of the box env.  You may want to search for possible third party add-ons (via Atlassian Marketplace) to give you what you wanted.

Another way is for you to group your request type properly into different groups.  So your customers will see a list of different groups and select the appropriate request type within the appropriate groups in the portal UI.

Take a look at the following reference link - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/organize-request-types-into-groups/

Hope this helps.
