I'm unable to send invite to new users

When i setup new organization and send email invitee to new users it doesn't reach them. Resending the invite isn't working and they are unable to log in.

Kindly please give resolution on this.

Hi @mysoft mygst 

Email addresses could be blacklisted.

But if you add the users with their email, they can't login as well, by going to the site and place their email in the login?
