I need to upgrade to jira-servicedesk-application-5.4.24.obr but can't find the file

Question is stating that we're running Server, but I input Data Center. Not sure why Server is displayed.

I usually get to the .obr by clicking on the "Already have Jira Software or Jira Core" link that directs me to:

but I keep getting this error:

ASAP validation failed: token is expired
