Hi there. I am a JIRA admin for our organization and recently installed the Loom App for one of our JSM tenants. The users reported loosing it after migration to On-Prem to Cloud. The migration was done by a former JIRA Admin. The Loom highlights suggest that there should be "Record a Loom" option in the Reply to Customer comment of an issue, but I don't see that. I only see the purple Loom logo at the top of the issue. It appears I can attach a Loom vide to a reply, but how to do you add one on the fly as suggest by their app highlights.
