Impact of Reaction Counts on Confluence Knowledge in JSM's Auto-Suggest Feature

Hello everyone,

Using JSM's auto-suggest feature,
is it possible to control the display order and priority of Confluence knowledge by evaluating it based on the number of reactions?

For example, could we display items in order of the most “likes” reactions?

Thank you for your assistance.

No this is not possible.

The feature displays information based on the related summary of the raised request.

You could label pages and per request on the portal specify the content to be shown based on labels, see KB section in the JSM project.
