In Jira Service Management (JSM), when I'm creating a ticket, it shows "No Request Type." I want to remove this option. I have attached a screenshot here. Can anyone guide me on how to resolve this issue?

Hi @Ashok Shembde

ProTip: Don't create a JSM request via the Create button, but use the portal instead (like customers do).

This option is only visible when using the Create button (being an JSM agent), and you can't remove it.

Hello,

We do not have option to remove that option. Encourage your users to create issues via portal not via create button.
