Hello everyone,
Nice to meet you all. I am currently considering using Jira Service Management to manage operational information and inquiry portals for several systems.
As I am new to this service and still gaining knowledge, I would greatly appreciate any insights or advise from those who are experienced with this servise.
Question:
I am considering subscribing to the Standard Plan. Could someone clarify how many projects can be created under this plan?
Thank you in advance for your help.
Hi @照井 璃音 welcome to the Atlassian Community!
I haven't found any clear guardrails as to the number of projects that can technically be created. However, there is no limit related to the Standard Plan itself.
Thank you for the information, @Dave Mathijs
Just to clarify, my understanding is that it can create a help portal for each project we set up, isn't it? I'm looking to create separate projects for different systems and provide help portals to users for each one.

When you sign up for a Jira Service Management site, a default help center is automatically created for your site. For each service project you create, a corresponding portal also gets automatically created. The default help center displays portals of service projects on your site and other curated help resources. Find out more about portals and help resources.
Jira Service Management Premium and Enterprise users can create multiple help centers on a single site.
