Insight - How to reference jira Custom field from Insight Asset

I'm building a 3 tiered service catalog in insight. I'd like to have each tier dependent upon the previous tier. This is built and working in insight. However, in Jira, I'm not able to get them to reference each other, and Jira cloud doesn't have the additional insight custom fields that jira core/server has.

Can the value of a Jira custom field be referenced in an Insight asset type? Is the functionality I'm looking for even possible in Jira cloud?

Hi Ken,

I'm afraid this is not (Yet?) possible in cloud, there is no option to reference to other CF, not in IQL and not by referenced CF.

I have the same concerns, but I think/hope that the team is working hard on getting these things fixed now that they are part of the atlassian team.
