I have created an New employee onboarding form in JIRA service desk , which automatically creates a user object in Insight. 

 

The user has access to a number of business applications and for this purpose there is a multi-select field in the form . 


My Question 


How can I update an object in Insights from Jira Servicedesk Multi-Select Field. I have set cardinality on object attributes to be unlimited . However when I attempt to select more than 1 item in the multi-select , I get an invalid value when the automation rule attempts to create or update the object
