I'm wondering if we have multiple items being requested in a ticket with different quantities how would we have that set up in the ticket?
Insight is suppose to decrease the count of each item based on the request but not seeing a way that can be done.
So for example if someone requests 6 cables and 3 adaptors. How insight know how much to decrease for each?
You will have to use a combination of customfields to get the quantities and combine it with an insight postfuntion. You are looking for the decrease attribute of an object post-function.
