Integration permission between confluence and jira

I would like to know if this possibility exists: Imagine the scenario in which a user may have assigned an issue to which a confluence page is linked, imagine another user who has access to the project but is not the assignee of that issue, there Is it the ability to show the linked confluence page only to whoever becomes the ticket assignee?

Not per se. But is is possible if you impose a default security level to all your issues, and add e.g. only the assignee (and the admin) to have visibility of the issue. Then only the assignee will be able to view the issue.
