Is Jira Proforma available in Jira Service Management cloud?

Hello, we are interested in the jira proforma plugin (curretntly being used in a server instance). We saw broken links from proforma plugin to the cloud option. Is this plugin available on the cloud version?

Yes, Proforma (FORMS component for Atlassian Cloud env) is a part of JSM.  On the on-prems (Data Center/Server envs), it is a separate purchased add-on.  NOTE - Atlassian Server env (non- Data Center) will be end of support on Feb, 2024.  So you should already planned for migration either to Data Center env or the Cloud env ASAP.
