Is it ok to have two instances jira cloud

Christian Radwanski June 4, 2020 edited

Dear community,

We are currently switching from service desk server to cloud.
We decided that we wanted to have two seperate free instances, one external and one internal. One instance will be upgraded to standard and one will remain free.

Due to waiting for a budget, would like to verify if I have missed any clause that prohibits a Corporation to have multiple free instances on one domain.

Thank you in advance

You can't run them on the same domain as the domains define the systems, but you can have many instances owned by one organisation.

I'd recommend selecting names for them carefully and clearly - mine1.atlassian.net and mine2.atlassian.net is not as informative as myorg-internal.atlassian.net and myorg-external.atlassian.net
